I realised that there was no reason that the world’s discerning palates could not have the quality of food they are used to in the restaurants and super yachts I used to work for, on board their jets. After developing a menu, along with a system of picture guides for you to follow (we realised that the main difference on board a jet was that there was no one to help the flight attendant plate up), we knew we couldn’t emulate the best international cuisine so we partnered with some of London’s top restaurants; Sumosan, China-Tang, Tamarind and Maroush to name a few, to ensure that your favourite food is delivered just as it would be served in-house.
Since then we have gone from strength to strength. Building new bespoke facilities at Stansted and Farnborough Airports, gaining our 5 Star rating from the Food inspectors and now opening one of the only Halal certified private jet catering kitchens in the UK.
It is this mentality of doing the seemingly impossible that has driven On Air Dining and I thank all members of my team here for driving my vision to where we are now. Of course, we would not be here without you, coming back to us time and time again. Thank you, and safe flying.
